Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This applies to residents of Washington and Nevada, in the United States, and to people whose data is collected in those states, in addition to the Privacy Policy.

What data

Heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), sleep, weight, date of birth, training thresholds, workouts, recovery signals calculated from them and what you write to the AI coach.

Where it comes from

From you, from Apple Health, from Garmin Connect, from Polar Flow and from COROS, when you connect them.

What we use it for

To build and adjust the plan, calculate load and readiness and, if you turn it on, generate the AI coach's answers.

Who we share it with

Only with providers that process the data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database) and, after your consent, OpenAI (the AI coach's model). We have no affiliates. We do not sell health data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can confirm and access your data, learn who it was shared with, withdraw consent and ask for deletion. The account and data are deleted in Profile → Delete account. For other requests, write to suporte@trisco.app. If we refuse a request, you can appeal through the same contact and, in Washington, contact the state Attorney General.
