Terms of Use

These terms apply together with the App Store license agreement. Trisco is offered by Felipe Coelho Porto, of São Paulo, Brazil. By creating an account, you accept them.
Minimum age
Trisco is for people aged 18 or older. If you are under 18, do not use the app.
What Trisco is, and what it is not
Trisco organizes triathlon training and shows general wellness and fitness information. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease, and does not create a relationship with a doctor, nutritionist, exercise professional or coach. Plans, adjustments, predictions, readiness notices and artificial intelligence answers are generated automatically, may contain errors and do not replace professional evaluation or supervision. Weather forecasts can also be wrong: check conditions before heading out.
Exercise risks
Swimming, cycling and running carry real risks, including serious injury and death, especially in open water and in traffic. Talk to a doctor before starting or intensifying a training program. You decide what to do, respect your limits and use appropriate safety equipment. Stop and seek help if you feel pain, chest pressure, dizziness or shortness of breath. In an emergency, call your local emergency service. To the extent permitted by law, you assume the risks of the training you choose to do.
Pro subscription
The subscription is sold and billed by Apple through the App Store. It renews automatically for the same period and price shown at purchase until you cancel it in your Apple account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If there is a free trial, charging starts when it ends unless you cancel first. Refunds are requested from Apple. Pro features: a plan that adapts on its own to what you did and to your recovery, unlimited AI coach, AI analysis of workouts, weekly review, pace per leg in the race prediction and unlimited load history. The training plan itself is free.
Your account and permitted use
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile data and for keeping access to your account. Do not use Trisco for illegal purposes, try to access other people's data, or copy or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete the account at any time from the app.
Third-party services
The Garmin Connect, Polar Flow, COROS, Apple Health and Apple Weather integrations depend on the availability of those services and on their terms. Garmin® and Garmin Connect™ are trademarks of Garmin Ltd. or its subsidiaries; COROS is a trademark of COROS Wearables Inc. The devices are not medical devices, and nothing in Trisco is medical advice. Trisco is not affiliated with race organizers or with owners of event trademarks.
Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, Trisco is provided as is and as available, with no guarantee of athletic results, of the accuracy of the information or of uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data, and our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid for Trisco in the previous 12 months and US$50. Nothing here excludes rights that the law of your country does not allow to be waived, or liability for willful misconduct, fraud, death or personal injury where the law imposes it.
Governing law and disputes
If you live in Brazil, Brazilian law applies and you may use the courts where you live. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country whose law guarantees consumers their local courts, that mandatory protection and those courts remain. In all other cases, Brazilian law applies.
If you live in the United States: after trying to resolve the matter by email for 30 days, disputes will be decided individually by binding arbitration, governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and administered by the American Arbitration Association under its consumer rules, by remote hearing or in your county. You and Trisco waive any jury trial and any class action. Small claims actions remain available. You can opt out of this clause by writing to the contact below within 30 days of creating your account.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app and require new acceptance. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
